Mena Alexandra (born on February 13, 1979) is an actress and model from the USA. She began her modeling career in 1990. She soon shifted to acting after appearances as a guest on TV shows such as Boy Meets World or High Incident. She made her film debut in the thriller film Nowhere. Her transition into big roles through her appearances on American Beauty for which she received nominations for a BAFTA Award and American Pie each of which garnered her wider attention. She has appeared alongside American Pie's co-star Jason Biggs in Loser (2000) and then played the role of lead on the screen in Sugar & Spice (2001). In 2002, she was a part in Spun the drama by an independent company and 2004's thriller Trauma. She also appeared in the HBO television drama Six Feet Under. The show aired in 2004. The show also included Days of the Dead, The Mysteries of Pittsburg, and the film version of The Garden of Eden. Suvari is featured in a variety of blog and fashion publications like Vogue. Suvari is the official Lancome model who appears in ads in print for Lancome Paris Adaptive. Suvari is an activist and for a long time a supporter of the African Medical and Research Foundation.
