Mena Alexandra (born on the 13th of February 1979) is an actress and model hailing from the United States of America. Following a brief time as a model in the fashion industry and then a transition to acting when she appeared as a guest star on TV shows such as Boy Meets World in the 1990s and High Incident. In 1997 she debuted as an actor in the film Nowhere. Her roles as a character in American Beauty, for which she won a BAFTA Award nomination and American Pie brought her to broader interest. After that, she starred as a co-star in Loser (2000) together with American Pie co-star Jason Biggs as well as later, she played the lead character in the comedy Sugar & Spice (2001). In 2002, she starred in Spun the independent drama and the thriller of 2004. Also, she starred in HBO drama Six Feet Under. The drama aired on the air in 2004. In 2008 she was cast in a series of movies which included Day of the Dead The Mysteries of Pittsburgh and the film adaptation of The Garden of Eden. Suvari has been featured in several magazine and blog posts and blogs, such as Vogue. She is the official Lancome model as well as appearing in the advertisements printed for Lancome Paris Adaptive.
